The valve seat of double eccentric pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve and soft seal eccentric butterfly valve is made of PTFE, which is mainly suitable for gas transmission and process medium with high requirements for valve life. Its normal service life can reach one million times. The outside of the valve seat is a movable insert. The tighter the flange clamp and the higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance. 2. It is convenient and simple to replace the valve seat. The valve seat can be taken out only by removing the insert, without disassembling the valve plate and the valve shaft. The double eccentric butterfly plate with spherical sealing surface and single flexible lip seal seat are adopted, which are suitable for occasions requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics. The product can also have fireproof structure for selection. The connection method can be double clamp type or lug type single flange design for large diameter and pipeline through terminal.
